A member of our team will contact you within 12 hours from the inquiry to answer all your questions, clarify doubts and finally send you the most suiting offer for the best outcome of your silent event.
The system Kit will be reserved for you, without any further commitment, for the duration of the offer. By the deadline of the offer, to reserve the equipment, a deposit will be required.

By paying the deposit you have the right to keep the headphones confidential for your silent event up to 15 days before the agreed date.
The processing of your order is subject to the payment of a deposit in proportion of the amount of headphones rented.
Once these operations will be completed, you'll have secured the necessary material for the organization of the Silentdisco®: Wireless Headsets (three channels), Enhanced Wireless Transmitters of 500 Meters of Radius, and Multiple Battery Chargers (from 16 headphones each).

If you have decided to take advantage of our logistic service, you will be contacted by one of our employees to agree on the terms and methods of delivery of the Kit. We deliver throughout mainland all Asia, China, Hongkong and Macau.
The Silentdisco® Kit will be picked up on the first day after the end of the rental contract. One of our representatives will send you, via email, the labels for the collection, which will be printed and attached on the packages, which must be well sealed.
It is always possible to provide for the collection and delivery of Silentdisco® equipment at our warehouses.

The material returned from the rental is taken in charge by the personnel of our departments of verification, recharging, testing and "sanitation".
First of all, the consistency of the delivery documents completed by the customer with the material actually available will be checked, preparatory activity for the release of the sureties.
The headphones, before sanitizing, are recharged and tested. Only fully functional headphones will be made available for subsequent rentals.
